How do you play Racing This or That?
One of you secretly picks one of two racing drivers, and everyone else scores a point by guessing which one.
- Send the link. One of you starts a game and shares the link or the 4-letter code. You need at least two players, and it is free for up to 4.
- Two racing drivers appear. Always the same position and the same era, and about the same level, so the choice is hard.
- One of you picks in secret. The picker has 12 seconds to choose a favourite. Nobody else can see it.
- Everyone else guesses. You get 12 seconds too. Every right guess scores a point, and then the next player becomes the picker.
A game is 6 to 12 rounds, depending on how many you are, so everyone picks at least once. The player with the most points knows the group best.
Racing This or That or Would You Rather?
Both ask you to choose between two. The difference is the twist: here you do not just say your answer, you score by reading your friends.

Can you play it online with friends?

- Create a game and send the link. Send the link before lights out on race weekend. Everyone joins on their own phone, no account needed.
- Bid on one racing driver at a time. Champions from 1952 come up side by side with today's grid. There is only one position, so every lot is a straight fight over pace.
- Choose which three of your drivers race. Each manager runs three cars. Finishing positions score 25, 18, 15, 12, 10, 8 and down, and the team with the most points wins. The final is one race between the top two teams' six cars, starting from a mixed grid.

Racing This or That rules in one minute
- Players: 2 to 8, free for up to 4.
- Each round: the picker gets 12 seconds to choose, then everyone else gets 12 seconds to guess.
- Points: 1 for every right guess. The picker changes every round.
- Length: 6 to 12 rounds, so everyone picks at least once.
