How the darts auction works

1. 📲Create a game and send the link. Put the link on the screen or in the group chat before the first walk-on. Everyone joins on their own phone, no account needed.
2. 🔨Bid on one darts player at a time. World champions from 1978 come up next to today's stars. There is only one position, so every lot is a straight fight over who throws best.
3. 🏟️Choose which three of your players go to the oche. A team match is three singles: your first player against theirs, then the second, then the third. Each single is best of five legs, and the team that wins the most singles wins. The stronger team always wins.

What does the darts auction cost?

The darts auction rules in one minute

• Budget: every manager starts with 100M of play money. You always keep enough to fill the rest of your squad, so you can never go broke.
• Squad: 5 players: three throw and two are reserves. Quick draft is just the three.
• Bidding: the clock starts at 10 seconds and every bid restarts it. Tap Pass when you are out, and when everyone has passed the hammer falls straight away.
• Hidden ratings: you never see a darts player's rating during the auction. You bid on what you know.
• The last manager standing: when everyone else has a full squad, the last manager gets random darts players to fill theirs. Bid while you can.
• Lineup: Choose which three of your players go to the oche. There are no positions to fill, so the whole budget goes on scoring power. The reserves add only a little.
• The result: a season of team matches and a final between the top two. Each match is three singles, and the stronger team always wins.
