How the football quiz works
- Send one link to your group chat. Everyone joins on their own phone, with no app and no sign-up. On the same sofa? Open deadlineday.app/tv on the TV, and everyone scans the code.
- The TV asks, your phone answers. Every question has four answers in four colours. Tap yours on your phone.
- Fast and right scores the most. You have 10 seconds. A right answer scores up to 1,000 points, and the quicker you are, the more you get.
- The scores after every question. Ten questions, about three minutes, and the most points wins. The fastest finger gets named too.

Questions
Is the football quiz free?
Yes. Up to 4 friends play for free, with no sign-up, no download and no ads. A one-time Host Pass (€4.99) opens the room to 20.
Can I play the football quiz alone?
Yes. Play alone for the high score, or add up to five computer players who answer the same questions against you.
What kind of questions are in it?
Who is it, from a record or an award. Which country a player plays for. What position he plays. Which of four players is a goalkeeper, or played for a country. And which season a legend's card is from.
Where do the questions come from?
From the game's own player database: the checked facts we also use in Guess the player, plus each player's country, position and, for legends, the season they are in the game with. We never write a question the data cannot prove.
Can we play it on the TV?
Yes. Open deadlineday.app/tv in the TV's browser, or on a laptop connected to the TV, and everyone scans the code with their phone. The TV shows the questions and the scores, and the phones are the buttons.
Can we play online with friends who are not in the room?
Yes. Send the link to the group chat. Everyone sees the question and answers on their own phone, so it also works on a video call.
