Why a quiet night fills up
- A night to write on the board outside. "Tuesday: Football Auction Night" gives regulars a reason to come in, and to bring the friends who skip the quiz.
- Tables stay for the whole game. A full auction and the match take 30 to 45 minutes, and the tables that lose want a rematch straight away.
- Friends come as a group. Every table plays as one team, so a group sits together, argues over every bid and cheers when the hammer falls.
- Nobody on your staff has to host it. Someone presses start on a phone. The big screen draws the players, runs the clock and plays the match.
How a game night runs
- Open deadlineday.app/tv on your pub screen. Any smart TV browser, a laptop on HDMI or a Chromecast works. A big QR code appears.
- Each table scans it and names its team. Everyone at the table joins the same team and bids from their own phone. Up to 8 tables per game.
- The auction runs itself. Every team gets 100M to spend. Players come up one by one, every bid shows on the big screen, and the strongest squad wins the match at the end.
What the Venue Pass gives your pub
- Up to 8 tables in every game. Free play stops at 4 tables. The pass opens the room for a full pub.
- Every night of the month. Run it weekly, run it on match days, run it twice in one evening. One price.
- A short game or a long one. A quick draft takes 5 to 10 minutes, so it fits at half-time. The full auction fills an evening.
- More than football. Basketball, ice hockey, handball, cricket, racing and esports, plus music and video auctions for the nights that are not about sport.
€39/month. Your first night is free.
Card at checkout, nothing charged for 2 days. Cancel in that time and you pay nothing. After that it is €39 every month until you cancel, with VAT included.

Do my guests pay anything?
No. Guests scan the QR code on your screen and play in their phone's browser. No app, no sign-up and nothing to buy.
What do I need?
A screen your guests can see and a phone to start the game from. Buy the Venue Pass on that phone, because the pass stays on the device you buy it on.
How long does a game take?
A quick draft takes 5 to 10 minutes. A full auction with the match takes 30 to 45 minutes.
Is it gambling?
No. There is no real money and no betting in the game. Every team gets the same pretend budget, and the best squad wins the match on screen.
How do I cancel?
Cancel in Link with the link in your receipt. Payments are handled by Stripe, so you can also ask them for help. Cancel within 2 days and you pay nothing.
Can I pay in my own currency?
Yes. The price is €39, and the checkout shows it in your local currency when you pay from outside the euro area.
Does the sound work in a loud pub?
The big screen shows every bid, the countdown and "SOLD!" in large type, so the game works with the sound off.
