The car quiz you play against your friends
Bid on the most iconic cars ever made, from the Model T and the Mini to the Porsche 911, and watch each car on the TV. The best garage wins. Free for up to 4.
How the car quiz works
- Send one link to your group chat. Everyone joins on their own phone, with no app and no sign-up. On the same sofa? Open deadlineday.app/tv on the TV, and everyone scans the code.
- Everyone gets 100M of play money. The cars come up one at a time, and you bid live on your phone.
- Watch each car while you bid. Turn on "With car videos", and the TV (or the host's phone) plays a video of the car from YouTube.
- The all-time lists decide. Every car scores from where it ranks on lists of the greatest cars ever made, from the Car of the Century vote to Car and Driver and Top Gear, and the best garage wins.
A car quiz where knowing your cars wins
- Not just supercars. The Beetle, the Mini and the Golf GTI rank among the greatest cars ever, so the cheap bid can be the best one.
- Pick your era. The host picks icons from before 1970, from 1970 to today, or both mixed.
- No download, no sign-up. Send one link, and everyone bids on their own phone. Free for up to 4.
Which cars are in it?
148 of the most iconic cars ever made, from the first Benz in 1886 to today: family cars, sports cars, off-roaders and supercars, with no more than six per make.

Questions
How are the cars scored?
Every car gets points from where it ranks on 17 lists of the greatest and most important cars ever, from the Car of the Century jury to Car and Driver, Autocar and Top Gear. The points stay hidden until everyone has bought their cars.
Do I need to be a car expert?
No. Everyday icons like the Beetle and the Mini score high, so knowing which cars changed the world wins, not just knowing which are fastest.
Do we need an app?
No. Everyone plays in the browser on their own phone. The car videos play from YouTube on the TV or on the host's phone, and you can also play without them.
