The rap quiz you play against your friends

How the rap quiz works

1. Send one link to your group chat. Everyone joins on their own phone, with no app and no sign-up. On the same sofa? Open deadlineday.app/tv on the TV, and everyone scans the code.
2. Everyone gets 100M of play money. The albums come up one at a time, and you bid live on your phone.
3. Watch each music video while you bid. Turn on "With music videos", and the TV (or the host's phone) plays the official video of the album's biggest single.
4. The all-time lists decide. Every album scores from where it ranks on the greatest-hip-hop-albums lists of Rolling Stone, Billboard, The Source and more, and the best collection wins.

A rap quiz where knowing your albums wins

• You bid on albums, not rappers. Two albums by the same artist can both come up, so you have to know which one is the classic.
• Golden era or modern. The host picks the golden era before 2000, the albums since 2000, or both mixed. Grew up on 90s rap? Play the golden era.
• No cards, no Spotify. Every album and every video is already in the game. Send one link, and it is free for up to 4.

Which albums are in it?

305 of the greatest hip hop albums from the early 80s to today's trap, with no more than three albums per artist.

What does it cost?

Running a pub or bar? Venue Pass for up to 8 tables, first night free
