How the night runs
- Make your game before the party. Type one line, such as "our industry" or "the big headlines of the year". The game asks two or three short questions and builds 30 to 40 items in about ten seconds.
- Open deadlineday.app/tv on the big screen. A TV, a projector or a laptop on HDMI. Everyone scans the QR code and writes their name. No app and no sign-up.
- The room plays. Teams bid on the items in your game, and the big screen shows every bid and the winner. Then a round of Imposter or Charades on everyone's own phone.
What the Event Pass opens for the whole night
- Your own games. Make as many as you like. With the pass they stay open for the whole party, also when you made them a week before.
- Everyone in the room. In the auction the whole office plays in up to 8 teams, with hundreds of phones on each team. The game puts each phone on a team, so the new hire and the CEO end up arguing over the same bid.
- Every game on the menu. Imposter, Charades, This or That and Blind Ranking on everyone's own phone, up to 20 at a time. Plus Christmas songs and sports auctions.
- 72 hours of games. The clock starts at your first round with more than 12 phones, so a test at your desk does not use the pass.

Do my guests pay anything?
No. Guests scan the QR code on the big screen and play in their phone's browser. No app, no sign-up and nothing to buy.
What can our own game be about?
Anything you can describe in one line: your industry, your city, the films everyone grew up with, or the big headlines of the year. The game asks two or three short questions and builds 30 to 40 items in about ten seconds. You see the whole game before anyone plays it.

What do I need on the night?
A big screen everyone can see, wifi or mobile data for the guests, and one phone to start the games. Buy the Event Pass on that phone, because the pass stays on the device you buy it on.
How long does a game take?
A quick auction takes 5 to 10 minutes, so one round fits between two courses. Imposter and Charades rounds take a few minutes each.
Can I test it before the party?
Yes. Making your own game is free, and the pass's 72 hours only start at your first round with more than 12 phones. A test with a few colleagues at your desk does not use it up.
Can I pay in my own currency?
Yes. The price is €99 with VAT included, and the checkout shows it in your local currency when you pay from outside the euro area.
